If charges are not paid

Almost every household pays, and this page will rarely be needed.

The Association has a written procedure setting out what happens if charges go unpaid, and at what point. It is called Recovery of Outstanding MOSA Charges: Enforcement Procedures, and a copy is available from the managing agents on request.

The first step is a conversation, not a letter. If you are having difficulty paying, please talk to your Road Representative or the managing agents. That is a far easier conversation to have early than late, and it is the point at which most of these are settled.

The obligation to pay is set out in section 6 of the constitution and, for many properties, in the deeds. Where charges remain unpaid the Association reserves its right to recover them.
